Triple Crown Records just put up a pre-order for the out of print Kevin Devine album on  2XLP (Orange and Silver Vinyl). Doesn't seem to be anything limited to it.

4 new alternate screenprinted cover versions. All /100. I haven’t seen that splatter variant anywhere else but the other three are the same as the ones on merchnow.

I love all things FiL, but the newer stuff is my favorite so far.  He keeps reinventing himself but always sounding more polished & mature but also making sure you can still tell it's FiL.  New song is awesome.  EFBN is my fav album so far, but I'd love a whole album sounding like this new song.

While you make some good points, it's worth noting that Brand New nor their label are anywhere near the same scope at Radiohead and XL.

They also posted the preorder for it on amazon. $35. Excited to see how these will turn out but waiting it out to see what what else becomes available.

Agreed. One of the best times I saw them was right when BSN dropped. Definitely one of my favorite albums of theirs. Such a solid album throughout. That being said, OLG era were some of their best live performances as well.

what?  Descensus is fucking solid.  The only so-so album for me is Violent Waves and that's probably because I haven't given it a fair shake.  Everything else is varying levels of awesome.  

Honestly, most Circa records have at least 3 songs on them that just aren't as good as the really good songs.  I attribute that to them writing some mindblowingly awesome songs and just not being able to make every song that good.  It's ok though, half of the bands out there don't even write the mind blowing songs.

That's what I originally thought but I thought letterpress is where the design is actually pressed into the paper creating that debossed effect. Grabbed the bundle with the black wrap and the banner and can't wait to see how these turn out. I also asked Hopeless about the alternate artwork and they said the colored versions are deluxe versions that come with some surprises.

If someone thinks an ETR release sounds good and someone else doesn't then all we've concluded is really nothing. All of my Harvard albums sound great.
