This album starts off so strong...then by the middle-end it just trails off....50% of this album is great!

Sad to say this but they can get away with this ridiculous pricing. This will likely sell for $150-$200 in after market - unless a crap ton of people become aware of it in the next 10 hours... so if your on fence just pull the trigger... maybe the price will deter flippers? Since it would be a lot to cough up front for 6 months

I may be wrong about this, but I am pretty sure MOV are always a different/new pressing. I’ve never seen someone say it’s the same pressing as an older one. Even when there within a year or two of each other, and I’ve looked/researched and listen to a lot of MOV releases.

There is a promo at select stores, where you have to find an alt cover in the used sections of the store. It was challenging but I discovered there are ones in Soundtracks, Country and Jazz. I believe folk and rock as well. Apparently there are 10 different covers. Sadly it’s just an empty jacket but it comes with a black vinyl copy as well....

Hmm wonder if this will sound a lot better? If so may need to unload my RSD copy - I’ve come to a point in my collecting that I want the best sounding versus “rarest” “first” pressings... so excited if it will indeed sound a lot better

This sounds great!!! sadly though the colors are way off. My clear orange splatter is magenta/dark pink. Saw someone else post the green white swirl which is BLUE... so someone dropped the ball or is color blind lol.

To me it depends on how modern the LP is. Something form lets say the 1980s, I want a first pressing over a recent reissue (colored or not). Deluxe copies with EXTRAS are the only exception were a reissue becomes more desirable for older LPs. But something say that came out 3 years ago, I could care less about 1st, 2nd, 3rd.... this is likely of much help, but I am sure they will be happy with any of those. But I echo, in this case go with the latter two, with last option being best, and likely most expensive...

Will there be a US link though? Isn’t this exclusive to that specific store? I too wanna snag this but being in US like you said way too expensive. Wonder if we combine forces, would bring down shipping?

Ironically just bought this on cassette because this has always been my favorite femmes release and thought well it will never be on vinyl, so tape is best I’ll get... then poof! grabbed a pink (even though I loathe UO, I feel it may be more limited than the indie exclusive?)

I thought Glory was one of there best songs to date. The rest of the infinity 10” however wasn’t anything special. Single seems to be in the vein of Glory, so I am excited for this. Weirdly I’m usually hit or miss with there releases, loving some and disliking others ... My guess is a 2,000 initial press. With 1,000 pics and 500 in colored?

I think everyone that wants a copy should remember a few things. Early on they said this was not just a one time pressing and would become more widely available. Look at how many punisher variants there are. Look at the demand and money they can make. Look at the fact she was just Grammy nominated. There will be many more opportunities to get this. of course I could be wrong but seems doubtful to say, “naw let’s not sell another 25,000 records in a week”

Well this is good news! Sounds like I’ve just received a few of the occasional bad pressings that happens with most pressings. There’s always an exception not the rule. now I’m excited!

Ugh was hoping to not see the words Wargod. I don’t know about anyone else but the past two pressings I’ve got from this label have been garbage. Specifically Sponge - Rotting Piñata. But I will say they responded more than favorably when I noted all the issues and wishes to return it. anyone have good experience with pressings from this label?

Ive been having second thoughts due to this prediction. I guess worst case senerio if a mass press comes out, I will sell the book combo and get standard pressing. With the way there Cherry Tree LPs are selling I don’t doubt I could get my money back at least....but I like the safety net just in case they never press it again. there are only a few bands I’ll buy everything vinyl related no matter what. The national, The Cure and The twilight sad...
