Hometown boys done good and one of the best records of the year.
I'm shocked by the lack of attention on this thread. Brother in-law from San Diego told me about these guys on Friday and I was blown away on first listen. Pretty much streamed exclusively all weekend long

Produced by Gabriel Roth, Thee Sacred Souls is a warm and textured record, mixing the easygoing grace of sweet ’60s soul with the grit of early ’70s R&B. The performances are utterly intoxicating, with Lane’s weightless vocals anchored by the rhythm section’s deep pocket and infectious chemistry. Hints of Chicano, Philly, Chicago, Memphis, and even Panama soul turn up here, and while it’s tempting to toss around labels like “retro” with a deliberately analog collection like this, there’s also something distinctly modern about the band that defies easy categorization, a rawness and a sincerity that transcends time and place.

Before you spend $24 on a stylus, $12 on a belt and $10 on a slip mat I would really consider just taking the ~$50 you'll spend and upgrade to a U-Turn which will be an upgrade for all 3 of those items. You can then sell the LP60 on Facebook marketplace for around $50 and net a pretty solid turntable setup for only $100 more. LPs can be bought anytime down the road
If that's not what you're looking for, yes, what you've stated above should do the trick for you

y'all, @satoshiis right. Switch to brave. It looks like chrome, you can use chrome extensions, and it automatically blocks pop up's but isn't detectible. Switched from Chrome last week. the iPhone version is great too.
thank you friend

T/T/T is back!
Over the course of the last several years T/T/T has gotten back to work, finding a new drummer in the fabulous Jared Karns and not only returning, but going beyond form working on new material and writing for the first time in almost 8 years. Better then ever More on that later though.
During all of that -- Matt had brought a song to practice for the band to learn. We worked on the tune, recorded it, dug it and then found out that the ideas and original riffs for the song were actually used in Matt's band Pacemaker maybe about 5 years earlier. The idea was recorded and scrapped. Shelved and left to rot.
I couldn't let this go.
This meant there were two fully imagined alternate versions of the same ideas. The Pacemaker way and the T/T/T way.
Considering both bands share a couple members the projects both represent one big family, we got the idea to turn this into a family affair. Both are very different versions of the same idea... And for luck we decided to do something fun alongside it - two covers of one of Matt and I's very favorite bands That Dog.
Hence.. Them Dogs
This is a ONE TIME PRESSING of this EP and will not be made available digitally at this time. We received a variety of different test pressings from the plant and some of those will be made available as well.
