yeah this was actually when they were actually a streetpunk band, they broke up after this album, then the singer took the name and formed the new nazi band afterwards. still though, could never bring myself to download this album due to what they became later.

VG soundtracks would be tough, if not impossible. They are out there as albums so they could be licensed as albums. Problem is they're out there in Japan, not here in the states. It becomes a whole international thing, licencing it from a Japanese company for release in the states, and there are usually stipulations about changing artwork and altering the material, territories in which it can and cannot be sold, etc, it becomes a whole mess. I'd love to see some classic nintendo OSTs on wax. The Zelda series especially. The movie soundtracks and score would be doable, at least they should be. But I don't see there being much interest in them for them to sell well. The video game/pokemon demographic is one that intersects with a very small population of the vinyl collecting community. The 2BA master songs were popular and memorable for even those who were casual fans of the series way back when. Even then, I only see even a small pressing run selling well if it is marketed as a collectible, and will most likely only be purchased by A. those who are still very much involved and interested in pokemon and are collectors, and have been since the early days. Or B. people who were only casual fans way back when, happen to collect vinyl, and want to go on a nostalgia trip.
I wish I currently had the funds to pursue this more seriously, but I have been so focused on recording my own music lately. If I could share the crazy ideas I have in mind for this pressing without them getting jacked, or somehow prematurely creating internet buzz for something that may never happen, I would. I wish I could.

I highly highly suggest Princess Mononoke. Such a beautiful, intense movie with an incredible story (and pretty dark). Howl's Moving Castle is fantastic too. Watch both.

the bonus 7"s... unless jay comes up with anything else crazy will have 5 songs, 1 an insanely different take on an old track with a huge guest star,  and 4 never released songs... offhand i think 3 of them are studio, and one live.

all the DK stuff is original Alternative Tentacles pressings (except fresh fruit, which is on Cherry Red Records) and they all include their  original posters and or inserts/newspapers

There are 325 titles in the No Idea catalog. Almost all of them are in print. If they ordered represses of everything in the 1000s they would have hundreds of thousands of their own releases to store, in addition to CDs and their massive distro. There's just no good reason to bloat their backstock like that, it's much easier to order a few hundred more as titles sell out. Random colored vinyl is cheaper than black vinyl. That (along with real-live actual DIY ethics) is why No Idea LPs are still $10 when some labels are pushing up to $20 for "deluxe 180 gram splatter colored vinyl". No one is buying these because they're "collectible". 25 of the RAR variants are purple vinyl. 12 are on grey vinyl. Most copies look like a chewed up muffin wrapper. Colored vinyl != always special collectors vinyl. Spend a week on this board and it should be obvious why they even post pressing info in the first place - because people want it. They neeeeeeed it. wwhhaaatttt isss theeee pressssiiiiinnngggg iiiiinnnnnfffffooooooooooooo There have been 39 pressings because it has sold through 38 pressings. This should be the easiest part to understand.
