Started listening to these guys when topshelf put together the discography box set and really enjoyed it. Hadn't listened to them in a while and decided to dig in to their stuff after listening to the single for the new album. Mind. Blown. So insanely good. I agree that they blend so many genres and influences together so seamlessly and it's so so fantastic. I really wantt to catch the Chicago date of the tour but can't find anywhere that's selling tickets but nothing clearly states whether it's sold out or not. Do any of you know?

Non Professional here but I think they are both even in performance (i don't have experience with the kab) but I think what it boils down to is which you see as being more convenient (built in motor vs. Supplying your own via vacuu) I personally find the buuilt in more convenient.

Read through the thread trying to find some new cleaning solution ideas and also some feedback on one's that I had seen mentioned but weren't really discussed. Allenh, I noticed you mentioned L'Art Du Son solution. I had been consideringit and it sounds great but I read some people say you need to do an extra rinse with distilled water. Do you do this? Dreamover, what did you think of that Mint stuff? I'm most likely just going to order a sample and see for myself but was curious on your thoughts . Well that's great news. So I just plug the headphones in and I'm good to go? Sweet. Now that I can up the headphone budget, do any of you have experience with a certain pair that you could recommend? I know it will all come down to me and me tastes but I really do value your guys' opinion.

Okay I think I have it figured out but I wanted to be sure before I go ahead and buy. I'm starting a headphone setup because I've moved into a new apartment with some elderly neighbors and I'd rather not be a dick and bother them with loud music all the time. I have a Debut Carbon, and a Yamaha AS-500 Intergrated amp. All I need to have a headphone setup is a headphone amp and some cans, correct? Assuming that is correct, I have some options in mind that I'd appreciate your guys' opinion on: I'm thinkin a Schiit Magni 2 or a JDS Labs Objective 2 Headphone amp. As far as headphones I'm thinking Grado sr60 or 80e's unless someone could persuade or point me in another direction. As always, thank you to the more knowledgeable lot of VC that help n00bz like me

God, that's awful. When I was diagnosed I was admitted into pediatric care. It tore me up seeing little innocent kids suffer and go through this stuff. They were also an inspiration. You're daughter is an inspiration and a hero. It's children like her that give me motivation to get up and keep fighting every day. You should be VERY proud. Update on my end. PET scan didn't look good. Lymph node lit up pretty hot. Only way to really figure out for sure is another biopsy so that's the next step. This surgery won't be quite as invasive so no ICU time which is nice. Doctors say they are 80% sure it's back, but I'm still holding out hope. Even if it is, I'm ready to fight!

I'm still blown away by all of your kind words. Sorry I never updated. Every time I tried I got too emotional. I went pretty dark about the whole thing and closed a lot of people out here and people I know personally. It was just too hard for me to talk about. Anyway, I did beat it. 1 year survivor in January. Last week I went in for routine scans and they saw some stuff that didn't look good. Their thinking it's a possible recurrence. So I have to go back for more tests Friday and try to get to the bottom of it. Hopefully it's nothing cause I'm definitely not ready to go through all of that again. I changed the thread title. I don't want the thread to be all about me. All survivors, paitients and caretakers are encouraged to participate in the thread! It would be nice to share stories and connect with you.
