JRHews
Spinning Deaf Center's Owl Splinters while I'm working right now. I forgot just how good it is... Super good. My favorite by them for sure, even over Pale Ravine.
Seafinch
Super good. My favorite by them for sure, even over Pale Ravine. Me too. AND speaking of Pale Ravine, I found an NM used copy at a local record store a few weeks ago for $28. Stoked.

rabbitvinyl
FUCK. Was away this weekend and missed out on that new Nils/Blumm LP. I tweeted the label a few weeks back asking how I can get my hands on a copy and they never replied If anyone picks this up and doesn't enjoy it, let me know and I'll take it off your hands! EDIT: Nevermind. Got sad too quick and realized it was still available from ANOST. Woohoo!

thievedrelic
I finally have something to contribute to this thread: https://ultimae.bandcamp.com/album/far-off-24bits Vinyl 3xEP release from Aes Dana. Dark ambient with floating electronic percussion. €27 for the Wax Pack, limited to 300. May be a little "glitchy" for some people on this thread but I find it enchanting. Edit: The full EP's can be listened to at the Ultimae bandcamp page: http://ultimae.bandcamp.com/
hzielaskowski
Highly recommended! Ólafur Arnalds & Nils Frahm - Trance Frendz! Check out this great neo-classical piece of improvisation. LP available everywhere (at least via discogs).
Jkbam
Speaking of Ben Lukas Boysen... Pre-order here https://mailorder.ant-zen.com/product/id/2783 A bit expensive but I didn't risk missing out. Apparently only 325 copies I'm new to VC and have enjoyed reading through this thread and listening to lots of artists new to me. In particular thanks for this post, I ordered last week and it just arrived today, what a gorgeous package and sounding very good.
Jkbam
Wanted to contribute something to the thread too. I saw mention of Serein earlier, but nothing about this particular album https://sereinlabel.bandcamp.com/album/where-moss-grows I really like this one, only £13 currently. Would like to get my hands on the Nest - ReTold record, but not prepared to fork out the prices being asked on discogs.
lethalenforcer
Is Kompakt the only retailer selling The Field's latest deluxe vinyl? Also, their listing states "NO 180 gram" ...
JRHews
Today was Piano day, and lots of great mod classical pianists took part in making a lot of great new tracks. WAXXX
Is Kompakt the only retailer selling The Field's latest deluxe vinyl? Also, their listing states "NO 180 gram" ... kompakt is only place i've seen so far with the limited edition splatter press. i'm thinking that the standard black might be 180 gram, but the limited splatter is not? not sure tho, the wording is odd. AllFuzzedOut
Is Kompakt the only retailer selling The Field's latest deluxe vinyl? Also, their listing states "NO 180 gram" ... If you click around on their site for about 4 seconds, you will see an individual listing for a "180-gram Black vinyl" version. The colored variant is not 180-grams. AllFuzzedOut
Oh sorry, should have clicked around their site for about 4 seconds. Dude. It's the internet. Click around. You aren't gonna break it. If you clicked on "The Field", you'll be surprised to see that they have a lot of additional releases available for purchase, including the one I mentioned. Not trying to troll you, just think its weird that other people can take literally a few seconds and find out the answer to your query. Won't be going back and forth about this. /rant

Benny Blanco
Another killer release from Sonic Pieces. Looks and sounds great. Yes. I've played this LP 3 times now and I just have to say it is most excellent. I'm a big fan fan of Nils frahm anyway, but this is without a doubt my favourite of all his releases. The duo set up with F.S Blumm on guitar just works so well. my favourite LP of the year so far...without a doubt. I can't see anything toppling it tbh. The whole mastering, packaging and recording is splendid and the pressing is of the highest quality. it sound like the two are in your front room. Nice Thorens by the way. is that an RB300 arm on it ?
