kirbypuckett
I really love the intro to Parks & Recreations. It's not my favorite nor is it the best, but it's simple and fun.

scotterson
Stranger than Fiction - so good intro and end credits, and I also love all of the overlay graphics throughout Edward Scissorhands, Batman, and some other Burton movies Catch Me If You Can I know there's more that I can't really think of right now...gotta look through my movies. The intro to Fringe is pretty awesome looking also.
forgeagain
I temped at the place that did the Dexter intro. Also, Mike who runs Quincy Shanks Records works there. They won on Oscar for it. It's just sitting out on the table in the waiting room. Neat place.
jayeffscene
Harold and Maude. Absolutely no question.
thesupervillain
If we're talking about opening credit sequence, probably The Wire or Rome but if you're talking about best opening scene, for me it's Supertroopers, hands down. From the first frame you see until the title comes up is pure gold IMO.

axlrose
Some notes, the Dexter opening is brilliant. Without evening knowing what the show is about it sets you at unease for some reason. The opening for The Way of the Gun is too good for that movie. The first 15 minutes are pure gold and then the movie takes an epic shit dive. Venture Brothers is good because it's a great parody type opening. I also love Mad Men. It's very good for the nature of the show. The ones I find I can't tend to watch at all are the 90's sitcom openings (Friends, Sienfeld etc.). They just seem so painfully dated...well, friends sucked in general.
