One guy in the comments said "I Will Dare" from Let It Be by the Replacements and I think I agree with that. I'm a huge fan of "My Name is Jonas" from Weezer's Blue Album too. mcm1610 Posted May 25, 2010 Share Posted May 25, 2010 I was making a playlist of hardcore songs I like in my itunes, and I noticed an overwhelming amount were album-openers. So many bands like that seem to want to come out and punch you in the face right away with a badass song. I don't know if I can single out a single best though. I really like "Catamaran" off Bear vs. Shark's Terrorhawk as an opener, and Glassjaw's "Tip Your Bartender" off W&T is another good one, but certainly not of all time.
