I just filed a complaint with ic3. Hope something comes out of a bunch of us doing so! At this point like most others, I just want my money back. I don't care about the records as I will buy them from Hot Topic when they are released there. This R.J. dude is a scam artist and doesn't deserve any business. He is shameless and this whole situation is / has been ridiculous!

Filed with BBB, IC3, and NYC DCA. NYC DCA emailed back asking for documents pertaining to the dispute. Sent them some screen shots of emails and payment through paypal will wait and see what they say.

does anyone else hate how SRC uses the term OOP/out of print? they're like "only a few copies of take off your pants and jacket left, almost OOP" when it's not even "in print" yet?

Yeah, "OOP" doesn't mean "We're out of 'em." It means the label will not keep it in print contiunuously. It's OUT OF PRINT. If there's a limited run of 100/300/500/1000, and there aren't going to be any more pressed, or the album is old, and the label has pressed enough to fill demand, then it's OOP, but even if something's a first pressing copy, and they're on the 6th pressing of the album in order to fill demand, that doesn't mean the title is OOP, it just means it's on it's 6th pressing.

Sorry for the rant, but that's something that's been bugging me for a long time as well.

And just to reiterate on the Paypal end of things, when I called they said they'd put a hold on his account if there were a number of complaints (which there have been), and the rep later slipped up and admitted that it looked like there was a hold on the account. With the addition of that ditzy girl complaining about not being able to give her money away for nothing, I think it's safe to say he can't receive any money through that account at this point.

I did. I had 2 purchases through their Paypal on my Chase card (TOPAJ & one with 50% code).

They were able to refund both. MTS/Paypal can still counter the claim but I don't see how they would have a case at this point.

I said that awhile back & people laughed. I don't see how you can go through so much money though. I guess straight edge kids w/ their tattoos & vinyl. Also having an office w/ no bands that sell. Or living in one of the most expensive cities around. Going to Puerto Rico w/ bands & pretending its a business trip while there are LPs that have already been delayed are waiting to ship.

Also, user headtowall is friend's w/ RJ & used to ride his dick super hard. He's been selling some MTS on eBay. I noticed he complained about PayPal on twitter also. I'd watch his account if RJ is banned from PayPal now.

Paypal says that any disputes filed that fall outside of the 45 day window will likely be closed in a day and found in favor of the buyer. BUT he has funds frozen right now. Those that file will be in line for a disbursement if one is given following the outcome of these investigations. It's unlikely to be the entire sum if anything but it's best to cover all your bases here.

I know this was talked about a couple pages ago, but here is the email I got from SRC regarding the coke bottle green Dude Ranch. Supposedly this plant is doing the Enema and TOYPAJ repress.

These should be shipping tomorrow or sometime this week! They are just putting them together in the warehouse.

I know I've said this before but when I cancelled my order for Transit (before I moved home.) I disputed the charge after weeks of no reply for my cancellation through MTS, after I was refunded my money....RJ sent it out and disputed my dispute. Therefore he sent it to an old address claimed I received it with Shipping Confirmation. Ended up receiving the vinyl weeks later (I do enjoy the record, no complaints there.) It just was an unnecessary ass-ache dealing with the whole matter.

So moral of the story, you dispute the charge and there is a possibility he will send you the record anyway if it does see the light of day lol

That is why I am hesitating to start fighting for a refund. I figure I've waited this long I can hang on a little longer. I've never had a problem with MTS before so I'm willing to give RJ a chance (though it is fucked up he hasn't made any comment on the status at this point). Plus, with Paypal and Mark on the case I'm sure if some sort of refund is issued I can worry about it then.

Annoyed with Dodgers fans, yea haha. I know way too many Dodger fans and they are all acting like they have won the WS already. Im trying to tell them that when Matt Kemp comes back to reality they wont be winning 9 out of every 10 games they play. Kemp is an unreal player and could very well win the MVP this year but he wont keep up this pace all season. All Dodger fans seem to think this guy is going to have the greatest year for any player in the history of baseball haha.

Way too early to get too excited or upset with your team just yet. Angels will get things going and be fine. The Dodgers will come back to reality and finish 3rd this year.
