thespungo Posted April 18, 2012 Share Posted April 18, 2012 Currently on hold with a very helpful dispute specialist at Paypal -- she's going to manually resubmit my claim to override the 45-day policy in an effort to get a full refund of $74.50. From there it's up to the "back office" (her words), or "office derriere" (my words), to decide my case outcome. She said she'll put all the notes she can in the file, but when asked candidly if she were to guess if I'd get a full refund, she said there's a "50-50 chance". She did say I'm the 5th caller today she's talked to regarding MTS, so at least they're well aware of the situation and attempting to get people's money back.
