I'd appreciate at least a partial refund, I bought this for archival purposes and I really don't appreciate getting a damaged product. What are you trying to pull here? i can only assume your package was inspected by the post office. as for it's contents, i shipped all packets sealed, if it does not contain the flavor you were expecting than it is a manufacturing defect, as all packets are labeled "fire".
