Not trying to be a dick but I always give the shipping address ahead of time. Some places send exchange without even asking original returned and others do ask for returned but it is a good thing to have on record. It's been brought up multiple times (in the release thread) that there was no international shipping from the label on this one. There were even other people willing to help out international folks and send em over. I'd hardly consider any of that fine print. As you also stated yourself, you missed an email.
