He gets a little antsy in the lobby. Too many dogs and people going in and out, he wants to say hi to them all. Once we actually get into the exam room, things are a lot better. They made me stand outside in the rain and I had to work with water all in my shoes and my glasses were all spotty and then got yelled at by several people. People do not like Karen.
