I took a delivery this afternoon that ended up being the scariest drive of my life. I ended up sliding off of the road 4 separate times while driving really cautiously. The delivery just so happened to be a bit after the snow started but not long enough that they had treated any roads at that point. He's actually just bringing up the idea of doing and under the table rent to own, but I still don't know how I feel about it. I don't know much about this so I'll have to look more into it.
