2014 has been the worst year I've ever had.

 

I know when the clock strikes 12 to 2015 nothing is really going to change, but I'm really hoping next year is a better one.

 

I'm also going to give up alcohol for January to try and get myself healthy again. 

 

I'm not sure how much you drink but I was a heavy, kind of problem drinker. I've kind of turned it around over the past couple months so I have some tips. They may or may not be applicable, but if you want to chat let me know.

But mine is just really for health reasons. I only drink on a weekend with mates however the chest pains I'm currently having aren't good for a 24 year old with no fat on me. It's agony and usually the more I drink the worst it gets.

You should try cutting out caffeine as well.
