I have 6 records sitting in my warped/bad pile now. Labels have been pretty awesome at replacing stuff so far. These 6 copies are all from the last few weeks though :/. I've only ever had one record bad enough that I couldn't play it without audible interference, and it was only a dish warp that affected it just enough to make a difference. I said from the start I liked it, just was having trouble adjusting to the weird vocal stylings. I got used to it after 3 listens then I just kept listening to it.
