chamb117 Posted March 21, 2013 Share Posted March 21, 2013 still underwhelmed despite having the legit-quality version and not the rip. the guy who reviewed it on absolute punk went on to say it all sounds the same but there are standout tracks, then gave it an 85. whatever. when i first heard WYWS, i thought parker's vocals were going to be what "made" the band. now i think his inability to diversify is holding it back. I think USAD took a while to sink in for me, but there were stand out tracks on that first listen... (mt. diablo, daughters, etc..) Sometimes it takes me a few listens to get into it, too. but yeah, USAD definitely had standout tracks that grabbed my attention right away.
