atticus
I hate not being able to double click the home button to change the song quickly. You have to open up the music window. But whatever, it's only a phone. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and the playback controls come up. Control center or whatever they're calling it. dominic252
So who is going to PO the 5s? No POs for the 5s. I'm going to try my luck and go to the Apple store when they open and see if I can get my hands on one. Thankfully, I want a black one and that always seems to be the most popular/model they get in the most
futures
i have 10 gigs available on the phone, it's that i only had 50 gigs available on my computer. then i cleared 10 more. now i cleared 70 gigs and it finally backed up (for two hours) and it only took 20 gigs. i had to go to work before it was done syncing. i'll try again tonight. Oooh. Is this your first time ever backing up? The backup shouldn't be that big I don't think.. that's weird.
xadamhudsonx
I heard a lot of people talking about how they had to delete a bunch of stuff off of their phones in order to make room for iOS7. This. I had to delete a bunch of apps to make room for the update, and then towards the end it needed even more space so deleted a bunch of other stuff. Once it was finished I go back in and all that space is given back to me and I have to go through and re-download all my apps again.
dreamover
^ That's because it installs io7 while ios6 is still on there, then it removes ios6
abovetheearth
I heard a lot of people talking about how they had to delete a bunch of stuff off of their phones in order to make room for iOS7. i had to delete almost everything....to make room for the 2.9 gig necessary for iOS7 update. its less than 700mb but logistics..ya know. just redownload everything from the cloud..and youre set. IanRees
My first impression is I like it, although I don't like they took out the tweet/Facebook quick posts from the notification center.

xadamhudsonx
Does anyone know if there is a way to remove/minimize the opaque bar at the bottom with the mail and phone icons? I don't like it.
castaway
I saw somewhere that you can get a moving panorama lock screen, but it won't work for me. Anyone else having any luck with this?

I don't like it. This is the only part that I really can't stand. They should have just made that part transparent. xadamhudsonx
Emo Revival
I saw somewhere that you can get a moving panorama lock screen, but it won't work for me. Anyone else having any luck with this? I just read that they removed this feature from the final build. Hopefully it comes back soon.

jhulud
First impressions. I hate it. Looks like a kid's first iPhone. And my wallpaper is blown out bigger and I can't scale it down to proper size for the image. And The bottom bar is annoying as Adam also mentioned. Guest
I've held off on the update so far, waiting to hear what others say. I'm not too psyched about it so far
jtcohenour
Fell asleep during the update. Alarm didn't go off. Late for work. Fuck you ios7. I stayed up late making sure this didn't happen.
abovetheearth
i thought the bottom bar was at the bottom for every version of iOS? cant remember now.
castaway
Yeah but before it was a clean looking 3 dimensional "glass shelf" that reflected the icons on it. Now it's just a shitty blurred rectangle. Lol.
jtcohenour
I just tilted my screen and noticed how it now looks 3D

jhulud
Is iMessage not working w/ iOS7? People I've texted that used to show up as iMessage now don't. It's all green.

Make sure iMessage is turned on in Messages setting. If that doesn't work. Switch your phone on and off of airplane mode and reset the phone. It's happened on my phone in ios6 before.
