Rip
didn't even know about that one. they just released the joker steam roller set and a small penguin set so I grabbed those earlier this week. I think along with the man-bat set and the riddler/flash set, that'll be it in terms of batman legos for a while. Yeah man, I saw those two sets your're talking about too. Here's the junior one: http://www.walmart.com/ip/31196178?wmlspartner=wlpa&adid=22222222228023375678&wl0=&wl1=g&wl2=m&wl3=37043120581&wl4=&wl5=pla&wl6=66486546661&veh=sem 70's Batman too! Soooo cool. IG88
of course they would remake the sandcrawler after I paid a small fortune to get the original one last year. goddamn it.
littlebistro
I just did the jabba sail barge, it's pretty awesome. Target.com had it's for ~$83 so they price matched it in the store so I didn't have to pay $120.

afireinside7444
Man I hate this thread. When I saw it a few weeks ago I tried to ignore it but alas...... I asked my 17 year old nephew if I could get back my old sets I gave to him when he was like 9 and he said sure, he gave me one misc box the other day. The rest yet to come. I have ALOT of the early 90's Castle sets, some dragon ship, MAYBE a pirate ship, a few late 80's early 90s space sets. In the early 2000's I bought a Xwing and TIE fighter and a few halo mega blocks sets I gave him too I hope I get them back as well. So me and the wife went to a Lego store yesterday and both fell for the Monster Fighter Haunted Mansion, the VW bus, and the Simpsons set........ We bought my 3 year old daughter the Cinderella carriage set to see if she liked them and she dose, she also liked the pictures of the Mansion and the monster mini figs........ Too bad our Washing Machine just took a crap and we just took a loan out for new windows in the house.......$13.5k gone....... I wish I would have got the Harry Potter sets back in the 2000's also

afireinside7444
Call the Troy MI Lego store I may be crazy....... I have seen it somewhere but dident pay attention only interested in the Monster Fighters 20% off one item sale till tomorrow at toysrus.com we ordered: Vampyre Castle, The Swamp Creature and The Mummy and found a Vampyre Herse on Fleabay for $18 sealed. REALLY want the Haunted house but according to the Lego Store Kid that one is not retiring but the castle is/has been before only TRU has some stock left so we got that first. roadmonkey
and then this is happening.. @ $4 a pop.. I want them all, but some how can't justify spending $64 on minifigures. I'm probably going to get them any ways lol! http://lego.gizmodo.com/the-new-16-lego-simpsons-minifigs-are-awesome-and-i-wan-1551815125
marc32137
Aren't they blind box, too? You're gonna spend way more than $64 to get a full set. emokid9963

stl_ben
They are blind bags.. Very easy to feel up the bags and know what you are buying in advance. Just hang out at TRU feeling up some bags for an hour....wouldn't be the first time I have.

stl_ben
Become kidrobot? Have you been to a toy store in the last 5 years? So many companies do this. And hell Baseball cards have been doing it for nearly 100 years. It's a simple sales strategy, make customers by more to try for the one they want! TBH I actually have not been to a toy store in 5 years.. The last time I went it was mostly electronic games and a few very unorganized action figured. Hardly even any board games. Yes I know baseball cards have been doing this for 100s of years also. Just didn't expect lego to go this route. I have no problems with them taking monies. stl_ben
Yeah these Simpsons figures are series 13 in their bagged minifigures line. The last series was all characters from the Lego Movie, but before that is was just random new people. Clearly its a working business model for them. The Mr. Gold figure from 2 series ago easily sells for $900+ on ebay....
