In Honor of Food

Oh, my..

I don't know what's up with this place but, I got that burger on Friday and it wasn't like it has been in the

past plus they were out of fries. The only reasoning I can think of is they just opened up a brick + mortar,

and so maybe that gets first priority with all of the ingredients and food product so the food truck is

suffering.. I've been to the B+M, and even there it has seemed like they were constantly out of stuff and just not prepared for the business they are receiving.

It's very disappointing but, oh well.

hit me with that recipe. I've been craving some yogurt/granola

Warm up milk... It should be just warm enough that if you put your pinkie in to test temp, it should be comfortable. Add 2 tablespoons of store bought plain Greek yogurt. Stir for 20 seconds. Put lid on and cover with a blanket/ trowel. Let sit 4-6 hours min. When opened up, it should have a thick yogurt consistency. Chill in refrigerator.
