I don't own thousands of records, but I can proudly state that across the hundreds I /have/ purchased, I've complained and demanded replacement sleeves or copies in less total instances across my entire history of buying records than you have on the most recent page of your post history, lol.
Also - I'm REALLY curious. Do you just.... not get that you are paying the record label for the record, and you are paying /THE POST OFFICE/ for the shipping of said record? If something is absolutely ass blasted to fuck or packed in a pizza box - complain away, my man. If something was shipped in a mailer, WITH an extra cardboard insert, and has a widdel baby corner ding... how you think that is somehow the fault and financial responsibility of the label is just beyond me.
Look at you saying you'd do everything in your power if you were the seller -- why don't you do what's in your power as the buyer? Only buy up-charged shipping speeds with guarantees or insurance minimums. The media mail option you are paying for is not covering the 3 additional sleeves labels need to send you, and the 300 they need to send to the other 100 people just like you who ordered the same thing.
Hey, all things considered - I'm glad you posted! Now I know who to thank every time I have to place an order for a $35 before shipping new LP because prices have raised $15 due to the never ending train of crybaby collectors demanding replacements and yelp-harassing any labels who refuse to give them.

Ok, that was actually funny. But other sentences were just an unnecessary humiliation. Not cool at all man.

mine showed from BM today - sounds great.
silver remains top 2 worst variants for vinyl, but at least it sounds good. happy to own this, finally, and sing it as loud as possible.

Agreed. But also, your terrible avatar undercuts your point.

they just tagged vinylfantasybk.com as one of the stores that would have this in stock - but, said "in a few weeks" - not sure that helps but figured i'd share.

Yeah Digital Prison is the place to be. Can't wait for the full length they've got coming this year.
Glad I picked up a splatter, show has insane intensity. Cool listen, probably not destined to be my most spun FoH release by any means, but happy to support them doing what they do.
edit: album's up on spotify (and bandcamp, I believe) in case anyone was looking for it:

rooks got a reaction from dapeebs in PO Now: Crumb - Ice Melt (4/30)
Hmmmm short of a Clear Pink / Clear Teal merge that somehow came out amazing I can't imagine better variants.
Clear Pink for the warm melting ice sensation
Clear Teal for the cool chill feeling of melting ice
Clear Grey merge for that "black ice" feeling
Wouldn't go gold or purple, but that's just me.

so, you need to put it in a safe IMMEDIATELY. Minimum of 6 inch thick stainless steel 316L gauge, submarine steel if you can find one made in that material. Inside the safe itself, place the signed record inside an airtight, vacuum sealed container. MAKE SURE no physical part of the album is touching ANYTHING else. Construct a room in your house which will be the main holding area - you'll need to construct some ramparts in case anyone comes by sea, and some trenches or a moat in case they come for it by land. The room should be at least 25x25 in dimensions - and be sure to spring for the most expensive HVAC system you possibly can - you have NO IDEA how much value your record will lose if even a DROP of humidity touches it. Once you've got the room built and kitted out with the latest and greatest in humidity and temperature control - dig a shaft a MINIMUM of 50 feet deep. You'll need to hire a contractor who can install steel reinforced sides on this shaft so you are not at an increased risk from someone trying to tunnel in and steal the record. Lower the safe, with the record inside, down the shaft slowly - resting on the bottom where it has been stabilized against tectonic movement, earthquakes, etc. Once the safe is safely (haha) at the bottom, you're going to want to fill in the shaft with concrete. Don't worry, the record is perfectly safe if you've followed the rest of this guide -- but this is THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP in making sure this record never sees the devilishly destructive UV rays of the sun or the horrific harm of humidity damage.
If you want to display it, make sure you take a picture (flash OFF!!!!!!!!!) before completing the above steps - then frame the picture.
