By the way, it was discussed some earlier in the thread, but those recent pressings of those four albums by the pillows are really really good! Definitely costly to get, but I had to grab 'em while I had the chance. I used to listen to them so much and those albums are all classics.

So after this happened, I contacted UO chat support, and they're like "Sorry about that, we'll have a replacement sent and email you when it's coming!" Today, almost two weeks later, I thought, "Hey, sure has been awhile to have not gotten that email" and get on chat support again. Apparently they sent it along to have a replacement sent and found that they were out of the stock of the item, and their solution for this was to... just do absolutely nothing. No email to me explaining that they ran out, offering a replacement, apologizing for the screw-up, nothing, apparently just hoping I completely forgot about it so they get to keep my money. I got my refund now, but still, for a company as big as UO, that's pretty lame.

Train sucks so bad and the fact that they dedicated time to recording and releasing an album-length Zeppelin cover that sounds as close to the original as possible is so stupid and pointless and hilarious that it's not really an argument in my favor for me. What a bizarre thing to do, made me laugh so hard when I found out

I also joined that facebook group some people mentioned above. A few people got their copies and posted videos. Sounds good to me.

I've never really been interested or even known there were all these boots of video game soundtracks being pressed. I found some cool ones on that group, like the Donkey Kong Country soundtracks, but they go for stupid expensive! 
 

Posting an update: it arrived and is the real deal! I was worried it wouldn't be, since getting this one volume has been a whole ordeal for me, no picture, etc. Watchmen collection complete!

One day earlier this week, I got a restock notification from Target, but by the time I saw it half an hour later, it was sold out. Put in another restock notification request in, and a few days later it restocked at around midnight, and I happened to wake up and place my order. When I woke up for real later in the morning, it was sold out, but now it's back in stock:

My order was delivered today, but I won't be home for about another 10 hours. If anyone wants to wait for me to get home to order from Target, I'll make another post when I can verify it's equivalent to the original ones that went out, but if you're willing to take the risk like I did, there's the link.

They're nice, I bought 'Happy Bivouac' and 'Little Busters'. Really want to get 'Fool on the Planet' now too. I recommend the proxy service FromJapan if you end up going that route.

I'm not sure exactly, but when all was said and done I think I paid in the realm of $45-50 each for the two releases I bought--that's including retail price, proxy fees, domestic shipping in Japan, and international shipping to me.
