Crabwalker got a reaction from fuckinandsuckinandtouchin in PO Soon: Further Seems Forever - The Moon Is Down 20th Anniversary Special Something
It sounds 1000xs better than the last pressing. That thing sounded terrible.
I was actually really impressed when i put it on my table today
Really happy with this purchase

Crabwalker got a reaction from somethingvinyl in MxPx - Full Length #10 (Kickstarter)
This was a super important band for 12 year old me. 34 year old me... not so much. But if they repress some of their older material, I'd be into it.

Crabwalker got a reaction from Korgull Of Morgoth in CONVERGE - Jane Live 2xLP (5 different artist covers) PO Now!
I'm not poking fun, and if I am... it's more poking fun of myself and my age.
Converge has been a band a long time and they are a band that used to tour regularly. They are a band I just kind of assume everyone has seen at some point. So when I see someone saying they haven't seen them I assume they are young.
Anyway... if you haven't seen Converge you should catch them at some point.

Crabwalker got a reaction from Monastic_mike in What's your latest purchase?
Not really a purchase but I traded for a headphone amp.
Got the Woo Audio WA6 SE.
Pretty stoked to give it a run through.

Crabwalker got a reaction from dantheriver in The Vinyl Deals Thread (non-Amazon)
Yeah. That's what I've done now. There have been a few things they've put out that I wanted but just said forget b/c I didn't want to deal with them.

Crabwalker got a reaction from Duff in The Vinyl Deals Thread (non-Amazon)
Yeah they've done that to me. I ordered a couple LPs. Waited a couple weeks. Asked why my stuff had not been shipped. Was told they were working on a couple items to come in. Followed up 2 weeks later and was told "We don't know when we will get the items back in stock b/c they've been sold out for months." So they were still selling items that supposedly had been sold out for months and seemed upset that I was asking when I could expect my order. I just canceled it and have never ordered from them again.

Are there any different themes? This looks like poopoo.

Crabwalker got a reaction from dethrock in PO: Thrice - To Be Everywhere Is to Be Nowhere
I personally don't think Thrice has wrote a good album in years. And I agree, that song sounds like it could be a Foo Fighter song, in that Foo Fighters are the most generic radio rock band out there.
Song was not good. Thrice belongs in 2002.

I have the mk3 and love it. Highly recommended

Crabwalker got a reaction from dailyhifi in The Vinyl Deals Thread (non-Amazon)
I still think it's a great deal. Their vinyl is usually already cheaper than most.
I got Mellon Collin plus 3 other LPs for $130 shipped.
Pretty stoked on that

Crabwalker got a reaction from ThinkFastRecords in Turning Point "1988-1991" 2xLP + 7"
I've never really listened to Adventures, but if they are doing TP covers than I probably should give them a listen.
What song did/do they cover?

Crabwalker got a reaction from ThinkFastRecords in Turning Point "1988-1991" 2xLP + 7"
I want this and no one in Dallas is carrying it.
If any good dude or dudette is going out on blackfriday and wants to be righteous and pick me up a copy that would rule.
Also. Turning Point is one of the best bands ever. Never wrote a bad song. The progression from the early stuff to later is crazy. It's not even the same band. Those bass line.

Crabwalker got a reaction from kurtz in Solid State Records Remember November (WEEK 3: The Chariot)
This would be cool if SS was putting out stuff from the 90s or very early 2000s. Just not into anything else they put out unfortunately.

Crabwalker got a reaction from causeforalarm in Copy of Chung King LP sells for $6000 on discogs
People who want to make hardcore a sterile, safe environment don't belong in hardcore.
It's never been that. Never will be that. You don't have to intentionally hurt someone, but it will always be an aggressive outlet and that alone will breed violence.

you kids have too many rules. You might be better off in push pits and crowd surfing at pop punk shows.
