The wording of the Facebook post is ambiguous. Does anyone know / care to hazard a guess if the Headphone Dust exclusives are going to be the same colour as the Burning Shed ones, or if they will be another colour that is exclusive to Headphone Dust?

There's a video for Barfly which sounds quite derivative of the era to me, but looking back from 25 years later it's impossible to know if they were actually at it first and got copied. I'm confused. That option says 'someone' I follow, so surely that setting has no effect on threads I follow or PMs. If I turned it on, I would have to be following you (rather than a thread) to get any sort of notification. I have set it to notify me anyway, so post a test in the UK Vinyl Deals thread. Both ' New content for things I follow ' and ' I receive a message ' are checked as on, so I should be getting emails for the things I am not getting emails for.

I only follow one thread (which only gets posted in occasionally). I haven't received emails telling me about the last few posts (the thread is still marked as being followed), nor emails about PMs. There's nothing in my Spam folder. Anyone else?

I assume that it's supposed to look like the Necronomicon from the Evil Dead films / TV series. After spending a few minutes trying to place it, it actually makes me think of a Necronomicon-ised version of the cover of Scorpions - Blackout. They are a band well known for appalling cover art.

I read that Fact magazine list a while ago and gave this a listen. Couldn't hear what the fuss was all about, but that could well be because the genre has had more than 20 years to develop. Kind of like Elvis and rock and roll. While I understand his historical importance, I wasn't there at the time and cannot unhear everything that has happened since to hear his music in its original context. The box is available for order in many local record stores in the UK. Don't see any reason why it won't appear on Amazon. The blue appears to have sold out at anything resembling the reccomended retail price in the UK.

Not over in Europe there won't. I strongly suspect if they aren't all gone already, they will be in 24 hours time. I was in the big city buying a bed (and no, I did not say mattress to Mr. Lambert) and I dropped into two of the three stores in the city. At midday, they had zero (and never got any) and one (having sold the handful they received). The third store tweeted a picture of a copy and I suspect that means they now have zero. The store in the town I live in also got zero. The cheapest UK copy on Discogs is a 40% markup on the price I paid. Halo 2 is selling two at a much larger markup.
