An OG JD, shards ATF, or a clear AWLWLB would be far pricier, assuming you didn't luck out and receive one directly.

Digital Bath is the shit!!!! I remember the first time I listened to White Pony in the shower I was standing under the hot water waiting to clean my hair and these 2 bottles of shampoo and conditioner were just about empty and finished off during the song. Not sure where they went but I ended up exfoliating and rinsing when the song got crazy.

I'd maybe chalk that to Deathwish for being super thorough. Though I'm sure that in the history of vinyl production, some label, somewhere, has intentionally "screwed up" a variant to create an off-press of </10. Either way. If you continue to actively look, I bet you'll get a chance to buy at least one of them in your lifetime. I'd cringe to consider what it'd probably cost, though.

Essentially how I feel. Though I will say... that as someone who avidly avoids spoilers, I feel a little cheapened by the amount of footage shown in that trailer. Having watched the episode twice - and also assuming that everything in that montage will occur - I'm pretty sure that my brain will recognize a lot of the events that are on the cusp of unfurling, based solely off of the setting and costumes of each episode. That trailer did a great job amping the viewer up for the season. But at the cost of some of the surprises? I don't know how I feel about that.

I really hope this is a reference to new material.

These are definitely misprints, though. They're supposed to be the "clear with white cross" variant, but were botched in production. The same can be said for the striped black-red copies of YFM. I certainly wouldn't consider them independent variants.

I think the blue is the nicest "match" to the album art. And nine times out of ten, that's what I'd prefer... but those remaining two variants just catch my eye.

Very nice. Kind of a rare instance where the /300 variant is the least appealing, in my opinion.

The Seer is a beast, but not an album that I'd warm up to if I wasn't previously familiar with Swans or their genre(s) of music. I'd maybe argue that only 20% of the record - if that - can be considered drone, though.

So are we not going to discuss this album and how awesome it is? (Or have you guys not sunk your teeth into it yet?) After just a handful of listens, I think it's up there with He Has Left Us Alone... as my favorite ASMZ release.

I could be wrong, but I've been under the impression that it's a single 12".
