I've been asking for refunds every month, and they give them to me for the Crate subscription issue. How they don't have that figured out yet is maddening. Sometimes they will have a 'live chat' option on their page throughout the day too - you can message them there and they can create an invoice for you so you can buy.

Definitely possible. I was in Fingerprints in Long Beach and they already had meetings about it. Not just the overall health concern with the public, but also the fact that a lot of the releases might be coming from overseas (due to the lacquer building fires) and it could impact how much a store might get in general. They said they've placed their orders as usual, but there's definite concern everywhere.

I got a $50 and a $15 credit. My orders as of today all arrived. It's weird, but I ain't complaining.
