  1. My Dad already secured copies of the only two things I really wanted: White Stripes Elephant and the Pornography 7". I'm ALWAYS on the road for RSD. Thankfully he helps me out. If any of you are in STL tomorrow, Josh Ritter is playing at Vintage Vinyl at 1PM. Then we have a show at Plush later that night. You should go!
  2. Not my favorite, but not my least favorite of theirs. I can see myself growing to like it. /shinfo
  3. I saw it two Fridays ago. Definitely some of the best work by all of the main actors. The preview had me convinced it was going to be one sort of movie but ended being completely different. Was a nice surprise. Mike Patton did the soundtrack too. Yes, it's on wax - http://amzn.com/B00BMEF9H2
  4. The full thing is on Amazon, iTunes, or a quick Google search. 30 tracks / 114 minutes. I wonder what they'll cut to make it fit on the LPs. I like it a lot.
  5. Pretty excited about this one: Ryan Adams - Rock N Roll - Murder cover for $60ppd http://www.ebay.com/itm/111049277821?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649
  6. From a few pages back, but mine fits perfectly into these: https://www.squaredealonline.com/a.asp?s=Jm
  7. If they're using MTheory to fulfill digital downloads with ticket sales then your digital download will show up in the next 24-48 hours. Basically the promoter or ticket fulfiller needs to send a list with your purchase data and contact info to the digital fulfiller and then they send you the music. Some of those emails also end up in people's spam filters. I just used them for one of these campaigns and these were the two biggest hurdles.
  8. Bought the regular edition last night. Red wax /500 is tempting. But not $50 tempting. Either way, she kicks ass and does not disappoint. Hope to see her play again live this year.
  9. Now look at the ceiling of limited appeal of bands like NOFX, Bad Religion, etc versus the growth that FOB (or 30STM or LP) have witnessed. Yes, bands like that are decently popular. But they've reached a plateau, or in Alkaline Trio's case a slow and steady decline.
  10. Dance, Dance came out in 2005. Are you doing the exact same things you did 8 years ago? Oh no, they made an album that they wanted to make, not the album you wanted to hear.
  11. Really digging Just One Yesterday and The Mighty Fall so far
