Corporate and technical careers at Amazon come with benefits. Low level fulfillment center running employment (the thing that actually keeps customers FULFILLED) is substandard still even though they were publicly shamed into raising their terrible wages. The particular and gross level of the disparity between what Jeff Bezos takes home versus the austerity waging and indecent pressurization of the fulfillment center staff is reason for the scrutiny. Its a question of decency and well-being of the nation. If we allow workers to be subject to such inhumane treatment to keep King Bezos rolling in his Scrooge McDuck fortune what good is our society? What good is it for our society? We have been conditioned to betray the principles that we might have had to prevent the acceptance of such injustice. And when the goal of most other major corporate employers is to cut so many corners by underpaying its grunt workers to maximize every last iota of profit to be delivered directly to the top and forsaking the economic fortitude of those many who suffer to prop up the King, we have a serious problem. Amazon is the worst offender of this type of employee conditions while being overseen by the most wealthy owner in the country.  That's why there's so much heat on Amazon.

Sad that he went from selling hundreds of albums in minutes to where he is now. That new album, limited to 300 copies has been available through Rough Trade for 2+ months. I recently sold most of my collection post ATL with a couple exceptions for the same reasons jonrawks mentions.

They are supposedly the same. Bullmoose had posted this about it. But I don't know if the runouts are the same or not to know if it's really identical.

Message from our distributor: The audio contained on the 12" pressing of 'Halloween Theme (Remix)' released on Sacred Bones is a previous recording of the Trent Reznor & Atticus Ross version of the song, which differs from what was released digitally last year. A lacquer of the 'previous version' was cut and then scrapped, because Trent and Atticus decided that they could improve upon the recording. They went on to create the 'definitive' track that is available everywhere digitally. A MISTAKE WAS MADE when pressing the currently available 12", and the 'previous' version was erroneously included. To correct this unforgivable error, we are reprinting the CORRECT version and will provide it to you free of charge. We are currently working on the repress. As of now, we are expecting these to ship in early 2019 and will update you soon on the delivery timeline. I don't disagree but I see the different phases of Swans as completely separate bands. Filth is fucking great. But so is White Light and also Father. I think thats why I love the band so much: they change and so do I (we). Some albums are better than others but NONE are mediocre. My opinion of course.

I really don't understand any of what they have been doing.  They don't press nearly enough deluxe cds for the demand, or have any vinyl ready when the demand for it is huge.  And now they are doing a 1 day only preorder for 2nd pressing? They had 13 years to figure this all out. Seems like someone dropped the ball on this.

Haven't seen it anywhere else yet, but THG has the soundtrack up for The Lighthouse (Clear vinyl edition limited to 2000, includes deluxe die-cut sleeve, with a place to shine a light through the top of the lighthouse)

Yeah they posted eleven in total. Someone bought the first copy. Then they restocked 10 more and removed those after I harassed them via Reddit and twitter.
