I wish something would beat brand new just to hear the bitching ensue.

I know the sabermetricians love him because of his defense but he's a .270 hitter who has never had 100 runs, 10 homers (playing a park that makes it easy on lefties), or 55 RBI.
His steals dropped off last year but his CS percentage has always been higher than you would like. He's missed a fair amount of games and he is getting to that point in his career (30) where speed players often see a pretty significant drop off in their abilities.
Just think there are too many holes in his game for $13 million a year. I would have been under $10 million.

It was an excellent show. There have been rumors about a movie for years but who knows. None of those people are really A-listers but they are all over over movies/shows. Probably pretty hard to get them all to commit.

If I wanted to know every album someone liked that started with the letter T, I could just look at their record list.

what's with everyone posting 17 honorable mentions? if you can't narrow it down further than that, you just suck at life. nobody is scrolling through these saying "damn. this person likes these 6 albums but didn't even mention these 11. what an idiot!"

Not really sure what you mean by under the table. Are you going to tell the insurance company you are renting it? Are you going to get the city rental inspections? Are you going to homestead it?
Have you bought a house before? Do you know how this works?
You would both be foolish not "officially" rent it. The city will figure it out. What if he gets divorced again? What if the market crashes again? Come to an agreement on what you want to do with the rent to own, make it official, and no one can get hurt in this too bad.
If by under the table you think that you are going to buy a house, tell no one you are renting it, and claim none of the rent money to the IRS, good luck. They will spot this so easily. It's their job to.

You don't get that nearly as much when you critique Dylan, the rolling stones, the who, Zeppelin, etc,..

Alright let's frame this properly -- Josh Gordon is not a "nice to have" player, he led the league in receiving yards by 150 while missing 2 games due to suspension. He's a stud and there's only a couple guys who you could argue are better than him. Another year or two like this, and people will be calling him the best in the game today.
 
Plus he did it with nobodies throwing him the ball.
 
On the Browns as a whole, though, in the NFL you either have your QB or you are rebuilding. They are still rebuilding. Whether they are that one piece away or 5, not sure. You won't know until take a few more steps.
