Just got my two swirls after being refunded for one of them. Funny thing is that I even went through the hassle of complaining to Sandbag that they only refunded the cost of the second record and not the sales tax and they responded saying that they would refund the sales tax as well. LOL

That BV list is tight, and some stuff to check too.
After spending 45 min sifting through how this Hum thread veered to Paramore, and then trying to figure out what 'based' meant, had to sign in to +1 my post count haha.

My daughter was a big Paramore fan back then.  I remember being really surprised to hear them playing a Sunny Day Real Estate cover back then.  They have good influences.  

It was for a buddy and fellow blink fan in Australia, and he already paid me cost... so if a second one comes, im sorry I can’t 😕 

Every year i hope for The Beach to get pressed.  20 yrs on i think mankind has forgotten that film ever existed (in fairness i think they had forgotten by 2001).

Could be the biggest surprise album ever to me.  Id have to really think.    In Rainbows is a good one but you knew Radiohead was going to be putting something out soon.   This was from beyond left field (to me anyway).  

recently— Magnolia Record Club.  They have members only variants.  Im not a member but i emailed them asking if a certain one would be sold to the public.  They said the extras would be up “shortly”.  Well it sold out in minutes. I missed it.  Told them thanks anyway.   They wrote back and said they were going to make sure that i got one. They had cancelled a few orders from flippers who bought too many. We tried to time it a few times where they’d add one to the store and theyd email me (it sold out everytime it was added). Exactly. It was exposing a wider, definitely younger and unaware audience to 120 Minutes types bands. I totally didn’t start paying more attention to that side of the underground before seeing that stuff on B&B. It was just post-Nirvana Radio alt rock(which is how I became a Hum fan. Stars was in heavy rotation at our local station) and post-Green Day punk, in my world. Seaweed, Archers Of Loaf, Hum, Sausage, Built To Spill, Pizzicatto Five, Ween, Helium. Then you have the other end with metal bands I had never heard before, blowing my young mind(Death, Cannibal, Mercyful, Napalm Death). Great time to be a child glued to a TV.

I think a lot of people underestimate just how influential Beavis and Butthead was, music-wise. I wouldn't be into a huge amount of music that I'm into if it weren't for that silly show.

Really good.  Funny thing, i discovered them as a teen watching Beavis and Butthead lol.  I always think of that
