I thought the first episode was pretty bad and in particular Wilson and Poots were not good. It felt very much like Cameron Crowe does the Newsroom. I'll watch more if I have time, but it's not a priority.

I need to revisit this album. I remember digging it when I was young, but haven't listened to it in a while.

Good choices. I'll also shout out Body Count at Tyrones, which isn't the greatest quality but is a boot of a super early REM show, and At The Borderline, which is my favorite boot ever and features REM (booked at Bingo Hand Job) at a small club in London with Billy Bragg and Robyn Hitchcock right before they really blew up with Out of Time and features the best version of Tom's Diner you'll ever hear

I think I've officially listened to "Frankie Sinatra" too much because it's starting to sound to me like a hip-hop remix of "Hell" by Squirrel Nut Zippers.

This is just another in a long line of brilliant marketing decisions by the band - finally, a Brand New shirt that will be equally popular among people who hate Brand New as people who like them.

Me too. I remember getting it with the Postdata album on vinyl and the Contrived CD in a bundle for like $40.

Per Wintersleep's Twitter account, they are working on reissues in their first three albums and promise they will be available at an affordable price.

I was thinking that by buying the album through Kanye's site they would also send me any updated versions as they come out, but that's probably too much to hope for, isn't it?

This Train is Taking No Passengers is my jam, but not THAT much my jam.
