ajhall04
Yeah, that's ridiculous. This band is very important in my life...but gouging shipping and 30 bucks for a single lp...cmon
FlippingOut
Wasn't Ixora ridiculously priced too?
mattpuch21
To me it's worth it just because I love it that much but yeah, it's not ok. The only reason Ixora was priced so high was because it was also helping with the costs of producing the record. Not sure why everything is so expensive now that it's out. drummerboy032
Crazy. I'm seeing them on this tour, I would hope they are offering it at shows for $20 or $25 (considering the fans are already paying to see the show) Not holding my breathe though. I'm sure it'll be $30 at the show too
Tommy
Yes, someone already confirmed these are $30 each at the show

Jpolitic
I saw them in Minneapolis just a couple days ago and it's $30. Every band on the tour had all their vinyl at $30.

dreamover
Too pricy. No reason for that sort of markup. That being said, if anyone wants to buy a copy of Twin, I have a copy of Ixora from the original pressing on white that i'll trade.
dreamover
Man. fuck these entitled bands that think their fans owe them way more than things are worth. I really like bands like Copeland and Lovedrug and supported them for a long time. Their current defensive/entitled attitudes are really ruining it for me. The Butcha
^^^^This is bullshit. Seriously, don't buy this. Cancel your orders. Figure out another means of listening to this. Yeah, this record is great. I'd love to own it. Why pay double the cost of what it's worth? It's a single LP for fucks sake. Maybe it will make them get the picture. giantfortune
I LOVE Copeland but it's totally ironic that this mark up nonsense sort of coincides with Lovedrug's ridiculous vinyl pricing. Ironic in that I've always associated both of those two bands. Two bands not totally rooted in Christian stuff but still two bands that everyone in my youth group growing up LOVED. Tommy
"They'll show up on eBay"???? You have to be kidding me. What the fuck is wrong with these guys
deafening
^^^^This is bullshit. Seriously, don't buy this. Cancel your orders. Figure out another means of listening to this. This. This clearly isn't an isolated incident anymore. Somehow these bands/labels have it in their head they can get away with charging whatever they want for a record, make very half-assed justifications for it, and just overall think it is okay to act like a complete douche towards your fans, as above. The less people who encourage this behavior with money, the better.
Fridge Fox
Aaron is kind of a prick. Following him on twitter for a bit turned me off of the band for a little while. I have a hard time separating the artist from the music but that's just me. Seeing them play on Sunday and all this will be in the back of my mind : p FlippingOut
Tommy
Yes, the music speaks for itself but I can definitely agree I have a bad taste in my mouth after this and the Lovedrug responses. This way of thinking needs to stop. I agree they have every right to charge what they want, but it doesn't mean you should. At a point, you have to consider what's more important, a huge profit or a good respectful relationship with your fan base.
ajhall04
That's not cool. My chest piece has Copeland Lyrics in them....damnit. Tattoos are a mistake! On a lighter note, still not buying this.
