NotoriousTIMP
Just picked up the newly released colored vinyl of Broken & Fixed. Its a bootleg release, but the sound quality is pretty good and the color is badass. Considering that the original UK releases of both EPs can get kinda expensive, I figured posting up about this release would be cool for those who might be interested. The only downside to this release is that both EPs come housed in a single sleeve jacket; Broken artwork on the front and fixed artwork on the rear Good news however is that I picked up my copy for $32 via discogs sreed1

ExtraFox
That looks great. There's a similar thread from last year, but it appears from the pictures that boot was black vinyl: http://boards.vinylcollective.com/topic/90729-nine-inch-nails-fixedbroken-lp/ Do you have a Discogs link? The one from the other thread: http://www.discogs.com/release/4714217

mxv
Maybe I'm in the minority but if I can't have an authentic copy then I don't want one at all. I can't stand all that counterfeit shit and wish people would stop buying it so that market would go away. At 32 bucks I'd rather shell out the rest of what it would take to get an original one. deletedunknown, bungie, highfives and 2 others

scottyrobotty
If artists would repress these releases that have enough demand to warrant it then the bootleg market wouldn't be as profitable.

mattisr1984
cant you get one of those brazillian pressings of broken for like half the price?
NotoriousTIMP
cant you get one of those brazillian pressings of broken for like half the price? Its normally around $30 for the brazilian pressing, but then you have to pay another $18 for shipping and the sound quality is pretty 'meh' on that release. The record itself is pretty thin as well.....This bootleg sounds 10x better, is pressed on thicker vinyl, and has the cool colors. Take it from me, one of the big 4 nin vinyl collectors out there, this boot is better than any other pressing and is almost as good as the original UK pressing. webdoggy
Browsed around a bunch of record stores in Chicago hoping to come across a copy of this over the weekend. No such luck. I did just score a copy off a guy on discogs though. 39.99. He has another copy (Yellow/Green) available as well. 44.99.
