Dominic_
I'm quite impressed how long you guys actually gave honest answers and good suggestions. Was there something inherently wrong with what I asked? I couldn't find info and am excited. Sorry for being a tightass
xadamhudsonx
I'm quite impressed how long you guys actually gave honest answers and good suggestions. I was pretty surprised as well, especially after seeing some of the more recent threads started by new board members.
One Hundred Fifty-Two
About how early might a buss arrive? An hour early? Two? This was the comment that put me over the edge from helpful to pile on the n00b

jerseydave77
Get him flowers and carry a copy of his doctoral thesis - he always responds to heartfelt appreciation for his brand of anarchy. The flowers will mask the smell of the brown nose. ronniegwilliams, nancy_raygun and aflycon
Tardcore
The bigger the band, the less likely you are to catch them/have access to them post-show. harrassing them in their bus is pretty lame and could net you some well-deserved hostility. Your best bet is to morph yourself into an attractive female in her mid to late 20s. Otherwise, I would save some wear and tear on your record cover and leave it at home. kurtz
Yeah, I agree with Tardcore. Leave the record and just go and have a good time.
jerseydave77
Why isn't there more chat about how bringing a record kills the concert experience? Seriously, these cats are right - leave the record and marker at home and dance hard. We won't have BR tearing it up forever so go for the experience. BTW - I found my Recipe for Hate tour t-shirt recently and was stoked to wear it around. I remember I was $2 short of the long-sleeve so got the shitty short sleeve instead. What a rad tour that was. jetsfan4ever80
I'd recommend leaving the LP home. You don't want your entire night to be ruined by the stress of whether or not you'll be able to track down the band. Especially since it's your first show. Just enjoy the experience. RustyShackelford
You should definitely do what the last few guys advised man. Bad Religion are one of the best live bands I've ever seen, they're incredible. You do not want to be worrying about anything. Go, sing along and have a blast. mikeytags
I have a CD of of Process of Belief signed by the whole band. They did an in-store performance and signing at Vintage Vinyl in NJ when the album came out. I was a huge fan of theirs at the time and like a tool completely froze up when I met them and couldn't say anything, haha.
jhook
Wear a shirt that says "sign my record!" Stand in front and yell it the whole time. nancy_raygun

throwingstars
I've been going to BR shows since 1993 and have met everyone in the band. If you see enough shows, your bound to run into some of them at the merch table, outside the venue or walking around the crowd. I've met Graffin a few times and he was surprisingly friendly each time. I had always heard he can be a little stand offish but I've never experienced that. Jay Bentley is by far the most friendly. If you can find him, chat him up and snap a quick photo with him then let him be. Much better than having their autographs imo.
ronniegwilliams
I still just don't really understand the point of an autograph, it's just some guy's handwriting. Wouldn't you much prefer to have a real conversation with the person that you admire? Having a fulfilling moment with another human being is worth so much more than a two second run in with a Sharpie.

GreatGreenOne77
I caught them at House of Blues in Myrtle Beach some years back and all of them came out back after the show to sign autographs and talk. I managed to get my ticket signed by the whole band, Graffin included
