Ziggy is also a 2003 remix. The compilation of bsides, outtakes, etc. have some mono cuts marked. I didn't see anything about vinyl sources, so I'm assuming it's all digital sourced? The David Bowie store had a separate version that came with an extra 10" so I assume it's only that version that has sold out.
