This isn't much of a surprise. See if they can get it together next year, some new blood in that locker room might be the thing they need. avery Posted May 30, 2013 Share Posted May 30, 2013 totally not surprised by the torts news. he pretty much sounded done and like he knew it at the post game presser after the rangers were eliminated. i'm gonna miss things like "kiss my ass". i totally think he should go to vancouver, haha. as for the former players becoming coach, i'd be inclined to think roy would do a better job than messier since he's had a good number of years of coaching experience in the Q and messier could just be gretzky part two, but who knows.
