¯\_(ツ)_/¯
are they still big???
xfactor675
they are self-releasing their stuff, so I don't think so. Were they ever THAT big, anyway?
motorbike
self releasing doesnt always mean your small... but in their case i think it does. plus the chick and john nolan are doing solo stuff now aren't they?
riddle350
Yeah the chicks not even in the band anymore
scottheisel
Their popularity has greatly diminished. I'd say they're worth 100-150 kids max at any given show.
One Hundred Fifty-Two
They were kind of hot at the beginning, but not really lately.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Their popularity has greatly diminished. I'd say they're worth 100-150 kids max at any given show. ive ehard that from a number of promoters from the tri-state area
jasonskanks
I was at their state college show and i think there might have been 100-125 kids there.
Duff
i think the hype from Taking Back Sunday followed over to them initially, now a couple years removed from "you gotta check out this band, it's the old guitarist and bassist from Taking Back Sunday's new band," they're starting to fizzle out. i never really dug their stuff but knew people who loved them and now really don't care about them anymore. birdwell
I saw John play a solo show here in town about a month ago...when he went on there were about 15 people tops left to watch...I felt bad for him
rtw88
I saw John play a solo show here in town about a month ago...when he went on there were about 15 people tops left to watch...I felt bad for him That sucks. When I saw Andy from Hot Rod Circuit's new band play here there were only 5 or 6 people who stayed, and all of them including myself were in bands or friends of bands that played. monk0nuggets
I forget this band even exists anymore. The original demos were great, but I really haven't even heard anything after the first full length (which I found disappointing).
zac
Their latest 7" was song of their best stuff I think. The Needles The Space was pretty bad to me.
jasonskanks
im not a big fan of the needles however i think the rest is great. live i thought they were pretty awesome. I saw them (Death in the Park) with the Forecast in Pittsburgh and there were maybe 10 kids there. it was kind of sad.
nickheitman
i liked all their releases, but the first full length was the best in my opinion, and only fun to listen to sometimes. still like them though
edgefest
Pretty sure John lives in Lawrence now, but their shows never draw anyone from what I have heard.
mcm1610
The last EP is by far the best they've done. I actually liked Needles+Space tho..
kurtz
I didn't even know this band still existed. I was never into them in the first place though.
adamlikesmusic
I liked one song of theirs in middle school or maybe freshman year. For the music much more than the vocals.
goraiders
tension and the terror is probably the catchiest song ever
gmoney
I really enjoyed their demos, and their EP/7". Both full-lengths they put out have been pretty bad though. And the 'cover' songs John did are some of the most painful things I've heard.
