Email: Not sure, as that has been Tre's headache to deal with for the most part. Comcast Email customers: We can receive emails from Comcast, but can't respond from DW, and in turn you won't receive your order receipt. If you have any questions and you are a Comcast person, temporarily email [email protected] Thanks. -J. People who use Comcast for their internet shouldn't have any trouble accessing our site, emailing, ordering, etc. The only issue is that we - using deathwishinc.com email - are unable to respond to people with a comcast.net email address. Ironically we have Comcast hi speed business class (or whatever it is called) internet at the office. Like Jake said, they just wrongly have us pegged as spammers. We have made many (many, many, many) attempts to solve the issue (as well as a couple other ISP's we seem to have issues with) and never get anywhere.
