Avatars and signatures are the worst things invented on the internet. Once again..if you RIGHT CLICK the picture and scroll down you will usually see an option to block it. He does owe a lot of people, including some good friends of mine, that are already struggling labels, just like we all are. But there is a time and place for calling him out on it. Gettin on every single thread and talking shit, and having a huge sig, that made fun of Virgil, was deffinitely the wrong way to go about it. And I do doubt the sincerity of people, especially googlemyass that really have no ball in the court, calling him out. I think it was more of an opportunity for a select few people to have an excuse to put him down. He has fucked up hardcore, worse than I've seen since LMMG, on a much smaller leverl of course, but deffinitely in the same vein of what happened with them. But thread after thread of the same shit get's really annoying and doesn't help matters at all. The occasional calling out by labels or distributors that he owes, in my opinion is deffinitely called for. But people are hopping on a train where they don't belong. They aren't really looking out for anyone, just using the financial fuck ups as an excuse to be an asshole. If I was owed money, I would be calling people out. But since I'm not, I certainly sympathize with the labels that are, especially since I have been in that boat with Choke, Redeye, LMMG etc. But it's not really anyones place I think to bash somebody repeatedly, when you have no boat in the race. I am not in a position to pay everyone back today, but every week, I have been paying people back. So many people comment on things they know nothing about. For example, yes, I booked a bus to do a beer tour, but the tickets that were sold to reserve a spot on the bus covered the rental of the bus. People that think that I am using money owed to other people to do things like this, that is not the case at all. I have made a number of bad business decisions over the past few years and I know that I have made these mistakes. 99 percent of the time that someone has talked shit on my behalf even when they don't know the entire scenario, I have made no steps to ban these people or delete the threads. googlemyass had the opportunity to take down the image of me, I never took issue with his shit talking, but when you post a photo like that of the person that started the message board, you are just asking for it. I am working really hard to take care of my balances with people and I will continue to do so. I could have disappeared like the people of Choke, Lumberjack, Rotz, Cargo Canada, Temperance, and countless others, but I haven't. Realize that. When you don't know all that is going on, you really should not comment on the topics like you are an expert in the matter. Most of the shit talkers don't run labels, are not owed money by me, and yet they feel the need to bring down someone who is doing all they can to remedy their situation.
