Truck came by and no records :( I do however have the jackets all numbered and lined up / ready to go so once they come in we can quickly get out

it's funny to think of a label/distro doing the same thing we do--sitting on the porch like an anxious puppy waiting for his owner to come home and getting disappointed when he doesn't. lol.

Not complaining, but come on people....whatever MTS or even RFC says for dates, you usually should tac on an extra month. Learn this by now and expect it. Then you won't have to complain on here anymore.

I don't know what RFC has to do with this, but we are pretty much not doing pre-orders at all anymore. For example, our subscription series that shipped the exact day we said it would, with the second 7" already assembled and ready to go weeks ahead of time.

one instance of shipping things out on time, or even a few instances, does not make up for countless times where orders weren't shipped at all or email exchanges that that either go unanswered or a "it will ship tomorrow or 'soon'" reply then another month or two goes by without receiving the order.

It's not one instance. We are changing how to do things to ensure we have less problems. If I messed something up for you or owe you something, I will fix it for you 100%. Sometimes things get looked over, I am a human, just remind me and I promise you will see results.

And to imply we don't ship orders at all is silly. We ship tons of orders every week, almost everything is shipped the same day its ordered. When things are backordered we do our best to let people know immediately. Sure people have not received things for various reasons, things get returned, damaged, lost etc, and sometimes vinyl is delayed, but that doesn't mean we don't send all of our orders because we do, I see it happen with my own eyes every day.
