Derek™
I would absolutely hop on that. Especially if they did a neon yellow and baby blue x2 LP to match the CD version.

Derek™
I thought it all translated exceptionally well, live. But then again, I've never been remotely bored with Alchemy like a lot of people seem to be.
travis
I like some of the Alchemy stuff but some of it bores the shit out of me. Next to Beggars, its my least favorite Thrice release.
someasiandude
I love anything thrice puts out. Dustin could fart into a microphone rhythmically while woohing and ahhhing and some noises in the background and i'd buy it.

andrewlucas
I wish the live album had a better set list ABSURD!! The set was great. The only thing I wish they would have added was the image of the invisible and music box.
josh83
Too be fair they were touring for the alchemy index at that stage, but I agree wish there was some older tracks on there to from the first two album's.
daegor
I like some of the Alchemy stuff but some of it bores the shit out of me.Next to Beggars, its my least favorite Thrice release. Ahh, see I come from the other side of the camp, my friends kept trying to get me into Thrice pre-Vheissu. Fave albums: 1-Alchemy 2-Beggars 3-Vheissue tied with Major/Minor I can't even listen to anything else, so I quite liked the track listing. And the pre-Vheissu stuff sounds WAY better live. I actually think that makes a lot of sense. They sound like 2 different bands. Thats why I only like the first 3 albums. Gave up when Vheissu came out. Well shit, if we're gonna list 'em, let's do best to worst: 1. Major/Minor 2. Beggars 3. Vheissu 4. Alchemy Index I-II 5. The Illusion Of Safety 6. The Artist In The Ambulance 7. Alchemy Index III-IV 8. Identity Crisis Really, 3-6 are so close together it might as well be a four-way tie.

travis
I saw Thrice play way back in the day at like their 3rd show ever at some church rec. room by my house so I got into the old stuff first and am into that stuff WAY more than their newer stuff. 1. Illusion of Safety 2. The Artist in the Ambulance 3. Identity Crisis 4. Vheissu 5. Major/Minor 6. The Alchemy Index 7. Beggars

blueprintforjoy
my friend was super into thrice back in the day so he got me into the earlier albums so it's hard for me to put any of their newer albums ahead of those. i saw them back in like '05? at warped tour too and that's pretty much all i remember from it - they were unreal. gsinth7
Overall I think everything Thrice has put out has been enjoyable in one way or another, old/new, Thrice is still Thrice. I'm glad that any time they have played live they've covered a few songs off just about every album.. So, anyone think they're really coming back in spring for their last tour of the foreseeable future?
jeyzeus809
I actually like Vheissu the most. I even feel like after vheissu came out, they kind of all felt like "damn, we really outdid ourselves, I don't think we can ever top this record" and while beggars and major/minor are amazing records, I don't think they come close to the greatness that is vheissu[with Artist being a very close 2nd]. Ranked. 1. Vheissu 2. Artist 3. Beggars 4. Major/Minor 5. Illusion 7. Alchemy 6. Identity sometimes illusion moves up to #3 randomly depending on my mood.
