kannibal
Why does this cost so much? Licensing old albums isn't neccesarily the cash cow you think it is. It depends on a lot of things including the rights holders and contollers, labels, and other assets like artwork and photography. Remastering, and touch ups to old art. Everyone has to get their cut. Sometimes it works out relatively cheaply, sometimes it doesn't.

xmarcusnapple
How do I get a response from someone in customer service? That is an impossible task. I have tried for 5 months via phone and email. Worst fucking label ever.

The shares major labels want ot have are very high, so the independent label has to sell the record at a high price to be able to pass the license fees over to the major label. Pretty weird. srcvinyl
Anyone know how many of those red there will be? I need to get it eventually... but im not in a hurry. We will keep this release in press on 180 Gram Solid red so we will just re order as need be. So if we run out there will likely be a repress on the way at some point . pablod85
I don't want to sound like an asshole, but those colors are really ugly. Not that I care much about the colors either. I just hope the records sound good. jeremybentham
b_demarco
Dang, I like the red goop more than the green and yellow I ordered. but OH WELL BECAUSE I BOUGHT THIS FOR THE MUSIC.
GradedOnACurve
I dig the red/black. Can't wait! Thanks!

I just hope the records sound good. Yeah, WHAT THE FUKKK is up whit that green/yellow?!?!? Absolutely horrid. I'm guessing getting these pressed and sold out A.S.A.F'N.P. was tremendously more urgent/important than the color schemes.
nothingnatural
Just grab the black if you don't like the colors. Pretty simple.
pushbacktosquare
The green / yellow actually looks pretty cool.
josh83
Yeah classic albums like this are better suited to just black vinyl in my opinion. But who cares its the music that matters.
robobob
Yeah I think that green and yellow turned out looking sweet! I'm glad I ordered the red/black, but they're both far from ugly.
