If Hot Topic claims that they care about the "true fan" then why allow someone to place such large orders to begin with? Hot Topic is declining FAST! Yes, I have at least 2 emails from 2 separate people in the company saying exactly this. But if it were actually true, they wouldn't ALLOW people to place large orders to begin with. But if it were actually true, they wouldn't ALLOW people to place large orders to begin with. Hot Topic is going to crap quickly. From HT Customer Service: "The very first day of the Hot Cash promotion, a small number of people were visiting our site and buying up vinyl in huge numbers, in some titles our entire stock, using Hot Cash coupons. And almost immediately, we found that these same people were selling the vinyl they had purchased from us at an inflated rate online, to unsuspecting people who had no idea they could be bought cheaper from us. We felt that this was grossly unfair to genuine music lovers so, we removed them from the site for the duration of the Hot Cash promotion."
