I'm exposing their bullcrap. try paying attention before making assumptions... You're still not getting the point I'm trying to make, but that's okay. I will give it one more shot. Why on earth do you think a HT customer service rep would tell you one thing, when in reality the reason for the change seems to be something totally different? WHY WOULD THEY DO THAT?
