Acting like a dick and then speeding off to avoid the consequences may get a laugh from your friends, but it doesn't change the fact you're a tool. (Don't get me wrong - there is a time and a place for pranks.) Anytime someone acts moronic and throws something out of the window at a stranger, or intentionally hits puddles by pedestrians, etc... part of me hopes their laughing fit becomes interrupted by news of cancer.
