I'm disappointed when people claim they've made a 'grilled cheese' and it has bacon or some pansy sliced pears and shit in it. That, my friends, is a melt. Grilled Cheese is purely a bread, cheeses, and maybe seasonings. I mean, it's called a tuna melt, not a grilled cheese with tuna.[/quote

ive never experienced this or had it happen. here in the midwest, we dont fuck around with classics. we eat our cows while theyre grazing in the pasture. want bacon? cut it directly from the belly of the pig while it sleeps.

sliced pears on a grilled cheese? that'll get you dumped out here.

Apologies for the huge picture, but it also shows some wonderful details.

This is probably the only time I've taken a picture of my food. It's a sandwich from Tom and Chee. An amazing grilled cheese restaurant. The bun is a glazed donut, split in half and grilled. Turkey, bacon and some kind of weird awesome cheese. It was an experience.

Whenever I receive applications from people moving here from another state, the first thing I look at is employment history. If there are a bunch of short term jobs in multiple states, that makes it seem like they are bouncing around and may not stick around for as long as they say they will. I usually give them the benefit of the doubt and check references though too. Also, I usually hire for summer seasonal work.

Nice, good to know!
