First time ordering from this particular label so I don't know how accurate their notice is and if it truly means that it went out on 1/29. I'm at 12 days from an email saying my order had been dispatched from Banquet. First time from them, so I have no reference on a time to California. Is it hard boiled and then pickled? Pickled whole and that somehow solidifies it and makes it edible? Spices similar to dill pickles? I never thought about how little I know about pickled eggs.
