I've gotten two raises since I've been here (I started Jan 2, 2013) that were 8% and 7.5%. But if I'm coming in here every day doing all of my work to the best of my ability, all of the other employees that make 4x what I make should be expected to produce the same quality of work and at least be responsible for making sure they get their paychecks.
