It's an all-natural (as far as I know) supplement that you take before you go to sleep. Don't know why I get it or how to stop it. I get it only while laying certain ways. It goes away if I lay on my right side with my left leg bent and brought towards my chest. That shit sucks. Don't know why I get it or how to stop it. I've had surgery on my right knee three times and it's left me dealing with restless leg. For sleeping I found sleeping with a pillow between my knees and with them bent slightly to equal comfort. It's worked for years after a doc recommended trying it.
