TFP
Yeah I know. He was on major tv and he was hyped! Just stay calm and state SOME points calmly and proficiently if that is possible but I think that is the only way Alex knows how to speak

GradedOnACurve
Wow. Alex Jones: Stereotypical right wing conspiracy theorist blowhard. He really knows his stuff! icecream
BobbyHill
They had to have seen this coming, why would you even let a person like that on your show? Also I feel like Jones would probably turn more people off to his cause with this type of behavior or it least I would think he would turn off the average CNN viewer. Maybe that's why they brought him on the show in the first place. I'm surprised he didn't start talking about Lizard People haha

selfreliable
God I love Alex Jones. No one makes crazy seem as cool as he does. The sad thing is, if he toned down his act he had some interesting counter points but they get lost in the flood of nutjob. jonnystorm777

companyinkrecs
can someone summarize this? I cannot see it Basically the Republic will rise again when Piers Morgan single handedly goes door to door to take your guns, and America was built on guns and whiskey. Also if every American needs an assault rifle they should be able to have one to protect themselves because he HAS the FBI statistics right here! He also does a good British accent. monsterrod
I watched this for the entertainment value of laughing at this idiot, but when he started up on the 9/11 conspiracy bullshit, I had to turn it off. There's only so much stupid I can laugh at.

selfreliable
Haha, ugh. "By the way, this is the first time anyone is hearing this." Is your username in reference to your penis? Id expect that out of someone like Dashax.
BobbyHill
No matter which side of the fence you're on I think a more civilized human being would've attempted to prove his point better. Or is obvious statement obvious? Yeah I know what you mean I kind of feel like the purpose of bringing him on was to try and represent the whole pro-gun group as crazy. Which is kind of cynical on my part I guess. I guess though they were really trying to point out the type of people who want to deport Piers Morgan by signing a petition. The bringing up of crazy conspiracies and heart on the sleeve yelling rants were just icing on the cake though.
jerseydave77
His underlying point is a valid one though I am far from an Alex Jones fan. There is reason to investigate if there is in fact a connection between these anti-depressants and the mania we see in those that engage in these rampages. What is not said is that maybe it is best to make it harder to keep firearms away from the mentally ill or disturbed in general.
monsterrod
Is your username in reference to your penis? Id expect that out of someone like Dashax. Actually it is and it isn't. There was a SNL sketch "Wong and Owens" about two former porn stars working in an office. Long story short, they get in sexual harassment trouble, and get sent to their boss, who they recognize as the former porn star Monsterrod Von Hugenstien. I used to do some body building, had some pretty big arms, and my buddies got to calling me Monsterrod after seeing the sketch, it stuck for years, and I just like using it on the Internet. So I'm not as disgusting as I appear.
GradedOnACurve
^ Both good points Yeah I know what you mean I kind of feel like the purpose of bringing him on was to try and represent the whole pro-gun group as crazy. I felt that Alex Jones played right into what Morgan wanted. I don't think it was a mistake at all to invite him on. I do think Alex Jones had a few points, not many but a few. Problem is the get lost in his ridiculous grandstanding that people eat up.
selfreliable
I loved his point of there being less gun murder in the UK than in the US. Well no shit, more people usually equals more opportunity for anything to happen.
